Rylee Made Me Prettier Policy
when you make an appointment with me, that time is reserved just for you!
if you happen to need to reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service.
if you simply do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service & you will not be able to rebook until that fee has been paid.
Why?
when you late cancel or do not show up to your appointment…
you miss out, I miss out, & someone who would have loved to have had that time slot misses out.
I completely understand things come up & plans change whether you predicted it or not, but all I ask is for you to please let me know as soon as you know, so I can attempt to fill your spot.
Current Clients
please don’t forget to stay in your car when you arrive for your appointment & send me a text letting me know you’re here. I will respond when I am ready for you to come in!
If you’re here early, don’t be afraid to let me know! however, if you come in, it stresses me out if I’m still working on another client & I know you’re waiting!
Future Clients
the day of your first appointment, I will send you a personalized text with instructions on what to do when you arrive & my address.
I type this out myself, this is NOT an automated text message & I would truly appreciate a response so I know you have received AND read the message!
Everyone
pretty please don’t forget to confirm your appointments!
I can see all the automated confirmation texts sent to each client so I know that you all receive them!
If you haven’t confirmed 72 hours before your appt, I will manually re-send your confirmation text ONE extra time after the automated text until I will assume your appointment time is up for grabs!
spring/summer is BUSY and I have current clients or even new ones that would love to see an opening.
If You Show Up Early
stay in your car
send me a text message letting me know you have arrived (does not matter how early you are, just let me know in case I am willing & able to service you sooner)
wait in your car until you have received a message from me letting you know I am ready for you to come in
Keep In Mind
this mind be the first time I’ve had a minute for a “break” all day
just because you don’t see another clients’ car in the parking lot does NOT mean I am ready to service you before your scheduled time
